- Firstly make sure you have your image (s) ready, they should be in Landscape Orientation (like those above)

Images must be of good resolution / quality and must be taken from your phone or camera, not cropped from social media

You will send images to us via email (we email you from the next page), emails must not exceed 20mb in size

If you are sending multiple large images you should send them separately or via a file transfer service
- Once we have your image (s) we will process them in the order they arrive

Expect your digital artwork back in 48 hours and printed artwork within 7 - 10 days depending on demand

Digital images will be sent back faster than print

If you plan to use us regularly you may be interested in our higher volume plans, contact us for info

Special requests should be made in the email when you send us your images, i.e. remove something from the background

Note that special requests may incur an additional charge, but you will only be charged once you are happy with the work

Since Carptoon.com provides a personalised digital artwork service any artwork falls outside of the scope of 14 day refund policies meaning we do not provide a refund unless we are unable to produce your artwork due to the image provided being of the wrong format or required quality. Should you wish to send us your photo before making an order to see if it is suitable please use the help button on any page. By accepting our terms and condition you confirm that your photographs are your own, have been taken on your own device, do not infringe on anyone's copyright and meet our minimum requirements. If requesting photos that include children you must also tick the box to give us permission to process these images.
